Shipping, returns, shades and what the 3n1 crayon actually does.
One crayon used three ways: eyes, brows and lips. The colour is artist grade and the barrel is matte black, gold stamped and numbered.
There are 5 shades, each $9.99: 01 Songée (a dream, half remembered), 03 Rouge (the signature red), 06 Bordeaux (deep wine), 07 Désirée (blue-red heat, wanted), 10 Chérie (earthy, held close).

The case is black with a mirrored lid and a gold logo, so it is a palette you can actually use away from a mirror.
Standard shipping is $6.15, and free on orders over $35 before any discount is applied.
Expedited or rush delivery is charged separately and paid by you, including on orders over that threshold. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. You will see the cost at checkout before you pay.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after that, based on the carrier's own estimate for your address.
These are estimates rather than guarantees. If something has gone missing, email orders@larougebrows.com and we will chase it.
Not for a change of mind, no. Makeup that has left us cannot be resold, so it cannot come back into stock. That is a hygiene rule rather than a judgement about you, and we say it here, before you buy, so it is never a surprise afterwards.
Mistakes are a different matter. If your order turns up damaged, or it is not what you ordered, that is ours to put right and you are refunded in full.
And if you are torn between shades, email orders@larougebrows.com before you order. We would far rather spend a few minutes helping you choose the right one than have you end up with one that is not quite you.
That is ours to fix. Email orders@larougebrows.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
We refund you in full, including what you paid for shipping. If we need the item back we will say so and send a prepaid label. You are never out of pocket for our mistake.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, and Stripe usually posts them within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If you used a discount code we refund what you actually paid. A single use code is spent once redeemed and cannot be reissued.
Nothing in our policy removes rights you have by law. If a product is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights apply and we will honour them.
