Adding something to your cart does not reserve it. Your order is accepted when we send your confirmation email — until then, an item can sell out.
If an item sells out between your payment and our fulfilment, we will contact you and you choose: a different shade, a backorder, or a full refund for that item. We will never substitute a shade without asking you first.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if we cannot verify payment, or if an item was listed at an obviously wrong price. You are refunded in full.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and is collected where we are registered: Pennsylvania.
The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a price on the site is wrong, we will tell you before taking payment.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us or by this website.
Discount codes are single-use and expire. A code applies only to the order it is used on and has no cash value.
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is $6.15, and free on orders over $35 before any discount is applied.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Our crayons are 3n1 — made for eyes, brows and lips. All products are vegan and cruelty free.
Screens differ, so shade swatches are a guide rather than an exact match.
Cosmetics are personal. Patch test before full use, stop if irritation occurs, and do not use on broken skin. Nothing here is medical advice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
